I was wearing my full winter kit that day and still freezing my butt off. Worth it though as I managed a bit over 300 miles through some pretty nice scenery. -

Rt 151 in western NC. It was raining so hard both my brother and my bikes were hydroplaning, time to get off the road. -
Honda though of everything, there's even a beer coaster included with the bike :) -

Hmmm......RWB anniversary VFR, touring on a bunch of twisties under a snowcapped mountain. Kinda ticks all the boxes........ -

Spotted as I was heading down one of the main roads in Cornwall, I actually got off the next exit 5 miles on and backtracked to take this pic. There is nothing I could add to make it more perfect :) I did amuse myself for the rest of the day though as I was riding imagining what the Gnome World experience would be like............. -

Exploring some of the lesser roads in Devon UK. Saw 2 vehicles in around 8-10 miles, both Land Rovers and both surprised to see me. The second driver stuck his head out the window and enquired where I was going. His response to my just exploring reply was a smile and "you might want to think about that" as he buried his left fender into the hedgerow and crept by me, knocking my right rearview mirror back as he passed. I took his advice right after :) -

That was Erics bike, a V4Hondabbs member who at the time lived in Hawaii. He sold it and bought a Harley a while back. Tried to include a link to the V4 board showing the post of that picture, but doesn't seem to work. Very nice bike, he bought it new. Yes Veefer, a very nice example of a V4! -

Northern Colorado, came over a blind hill at 70 mph to find the pavement ended abruptly, thankfully the road was in good shape as I downshifted. Found out after a few more miles is was another 45 miles and deteriorated before it became pavement again. Thinking better of it I turned around. -

Milan Motorcycle Show Nov. 2012 Had a day off and managed to talk my way into the Show on Trade only day. Travelling for work mostly sucks but occasionally it has its rewards :) -
