  1. Not sure where to begin, a 2007 anniversary with custom paint? White wheels? A 2 into 4 exhaust? pannier racks? Custom frame sliders? Brembo calipers? and dear God an intact rear fender.............. I'm in..............totally

  2. 3rd gen with a high mount exhaust and rear grab rails and a rear seat cover. That is nice! My 3rd gen I just picked up is a either or as far as the rails and seat cover go. Would like to see a close up of the set up. My 91 I had in the UK had no rear cowl so I have no clue how that works

    A NR,.........NR..........NR...............nuff said.

Really nice. I have to say the 4th Gen in red is my favorite bike. Well that I can afford, otherwise the Garage would be littered with NR750's, Walter Wolf Suzuki's, and Rothmans anything. 🙂

The 906 Paso is a 1990 model and the VFR750 1991. they are for all intents and purposes the same age. That said the Honda is the tour de force of technology while the Paso is a different animal altogether, a 900cc v-twin with a desmo valve system. Both great bikes in their own way. Purchased the VFR as I was going to do a bit of work on the Paso. I enjoyed riding the VFR that much ended up restoring it, buying a Gen 8 and a VF1000R... go figure? 🙄😀

I would be hard pressed to find two nicer looking bikes in the same Photo, maybe a 1997 Ducati 750 SuperSport and my 4th Gen with white wheels would come close. Both in red of course. My 91 3rd Gen in England had a black saddle as the few I have seen in the US, so I wonder what market that was built for? Or was there an option for seat color? .Either way, great all round bikes. Kudo's on the VF1000R, a zero speed threat to ones health and safety, but a surprisingly capable sport tourer, 7,800 miles from Maine to Calf and back in 2012 and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

I met up with Kel a few years back in Portland Maine. His bike is even more stunning in person than the pictures show. The attention to detail and the artistry really doesn't reveal until you see it in person.

I was on my Vf1000R, which instantly looked like the worlds worst beater, parked up next to his.

And he came off of a bitchin Ducati Multistrada, too.  I ask him all the time if he misses it.  He does not...and he loved that bike.

Yeah, the Strada. All I ever saw of it was a brake light in the distance. Cant imagine trying to keep up with him on a VFR.
