    Those two red wires in the center are where somebody made the connection to power the R/R fan.

  6. Sweet, that's good to know. That's the same filter that I use on my 750 Vulcan. Gotta love easy shopping. (I know I quoted an old post, I'm just sayin... ) A bunch of us have been using that filter on or Vulcans for a while without issue. I'm somewhat anal about my bikes and change the oil twice a year regardless (sometimes 3), and I live in MI where we don't get a full years worth of riding.
