On my 98 I plan to: Have forks and new 929 shock rebuilt by Jaime Daugherty Replace Head Bearings Replace wheel bearings Replace Spark Plugs Remove Pair System Sync Starter Valves Clean up around sprockets Install VFRNess Solder the wires together and replace the stator plug. So I called All Balls today and it turns out the factory spec for the OD of the seal is 47.2mm and the seals in thier kit is a 47mm seal, there is the problem!! They are gonna make it right for me and send me the Honda OE seals on their dime which is GREAT!! A $16 bearing and seal kit and they have to order the $11 worth of seals and send them to me for FREE! Glad I called them first and didn't just buy some OE seals on my own. Jason

I got an allballs front wheel bearing kit and put them in today, but the seals that it came with just dropped in the on top of the bearing, I DID NOT have to tap them in. Then when I put the spacers in, the seals turn with the spacer instead staying put in the wheel. This isn't right is it?? Do I call allballs and get some different ones, or should I just bite the bullet and order them from Honda? Jason

The wires coming from the GPS need to be in the middle of the switch, and either set of leads coming off either end. Then in one ON position the sensor is hooked to the ecm, on the other ON position, you GPS is hooked to your modded wiring where it sends the GPS signal right to the 3rd gear wire. Jason

No pics, but the weak link in them is the 5/16 bolt that holds the arbor to the engine bolt, It will stay intact at a slow crash or fall over in the driveway, but I believe they would snap right off in a crash at speed when everything is gonna be broke anyway.

Figured it was going to be one of the last rideable days so I took advantage. It was about a three hour trip, I left Rapid City on one of my favorite roads, Nemo Road, after that I hooked off onto Vanucker Canyon Road, AWESOME ROAD!! Pulled through Sturgis, Deadwood, and Lead on the way to Cheyenne Crossing. Turned up Spearfish Canyon and headed back home! Vanucker Canyon Veiw from Terry Peak summit Bridal Veil Falls, it is a natural spring. Sorry I cant figure out how to flip Those chicken strips are getting REAL small, pretty good since I have only had this bike since MAY!

1200 RPM - 28 Volts 2000 RPM - 38 Volts 3000 RPM - 56 Volts 4000 RPM - 78 Volts 5000 RPM - 96 Volts 6000 RPM - 117 Volts 7000 RPM - 138 Volts 8000 RPM - 156 Volts 9000 RPM - 173 Volts 10000 RPM - 192 Volts It is dumping about 175-180 volts that are extra and grounding them @ 10k, there is your source of heat!!
