  1. I'm definitely more of an over man, myself. Oops, wrong forum...

  2. Size matters... check ID & OD dimensions. OEM sized exhaust gaskets do squish and stick out into the exhaust gas stream with these headers. That’s why Lance and Darryl sourced the larger diameter Delkevic gaskets to help optimize the performance of these headers.

  3. Yes - maybe I stumbled on new green technology. If I could make a VFR run on cow milk... and avoid a long methane cow fart out of the exhaust - then possible this patent could give me a happy retirement 😆

  4. Never tried running a VFR on cows milk! Glad you have an answer and all sorted. Never seen fuel look like that, may as well pour it on your favourite breakfast cereal

  5. You really don't know what you're talking about. This will probably piss you off, but it's the truth.

  6. His comments about trail braking into corners using the rear brake only because using the front brake will stand up the bike. Dude has it backwards.

  7. For a delink job and going to different front forks, .. for the rear you do need to change out the master cylinder to a 14mm diameter. Options.. F4i, VTR1000, RC51, CBR600RR. All use the same base castings. - I just bought a '02 RC51 m/c new, I didnt want to have to rebuild. --- The rear caliper pistons need to be working together. I used a bridge line that works fine, and one OEM brake line from the m/c to the caliper, I think I still have pictures in my gallery. - Other guys have just used 2 OEM lines to the caliper and then even others have just drilled out a path in the caliper so just one line is needed, and then one hydraulic port is sealed. All work fine. Please dont forget this step, your rear brake will be crap if you dont. Photos -- I have been running this setup a long time now, and it still works well. Cheers
