  2. From the album: my VFRs

I bought this mint '91 VFR750 in March of 1993, and a day later took the long route home. Stopped in Bremerton, Wash., for some shots alongside these navy ships. BB-62, battleship New Jersey is the only one I am sure of, but I believe that it was flanked by the carriers CVS-12 Hornet, and CV-41 Midway.

  3. For future reference, and to help people find (used?) replacement parts online, the following FRONT brake rotors are interchangeable between any VFR800 and these other Honda models. Note that you can use an ABS rotor on a NON-ABS bike, but not the other way around. Note that the carrier patterns and colours may differ on Honda OE brake rotors for these bikes, even though they are physically interchangeable. From the Galfer catalogue, Galfer front rotor P/N 676 fits all the following: VFR 400 R (NC30) 1989-93 VFR 800 / Interceptor 1998-09 CBR 600 F4 1999-00 CBR 900 RR Fireblade 1992-94 XL 1000 V Varadero 1999-02 GL 1500 F6C Valkyrie 1997-05 GL 1800 Goldwing ABS 2001-11 Galfer catalogue also lists the same rear rotor for ALL 1990-2009 VFRs.
