Given the position of the foot pegs that looks like one cramped ride. Certainly light weight though.

Some major fabrication in process here and a few mysteries..I can see where the foot peg would go in the new bracket but wonder what the story is on the tank. I recall seeing another project with a rectangular header collector but this is different...wonder how that works?

@MaxSwell

Footpeg are positioned in that place and remove it from their position just to show better the exhaust routing.

Normally are fixed on that plate positioned in the middle of engine and the collectors.

@ecn

The footpeg position reason are explained above. The tank are work in progress, i have substituted the stock fuel pump with an CBR 600RR elements that have more pressure, but this require re-shaping the tank.

Whay you see is just some pieces of strong paper fixed with an adesive band.Now i'm working on cooling system that are deeply modified, once finished i begin to work on tank trying to use the sheet metal shaping techniques.

The exhaust are not finished too, the header collector will be closed and from it will start the final collector to the slip-on. When finished i wiil be happy to update you all about this long work.

Ciao, Luigi.
