Member Contributer RollinAgain 148 Posted March 11, 2014 Looks pretty sweet to me but too bad they didn't design it with an undertail exhaust to show off that pretty rear wheel. Quote Link to comment
steve93 0 Posted March 11, 2014 What a sweet stablemate that would be for my '93.... Quote Link to comment
Member Contributer Dutchy 4,184 Posted March 11, 2014 for the record.... that is NOT a proper NACA duct... There can be (and is) only ONE..... :-) Quote Link to comment
Member Contributer MadScientist 208 Posted March 11, 2014 So the question is, can I transplant that rear 5 bolt axle into my 5th gen? I really like that rear wheel. I guess I like the whole thing, you can keep the vtec and cam chains though. Maybe transplant all the body work onto the 5th gen... Quote Link to comment
Max1 10 Posted March 11, 2014 I like it, those anodised covers will look like crap in a couple years, they always do. That rear wheel is farking gorgeous, like the white colour, like the whole bike. But I'm a Honda tragic. Quote Link to comment
Member Contributer rangemaster 84 Posted March 12, 2014 One of Seb's clutch covers would look fantastic on this. Quote Link to comment
Member Contributer CornerCarver 898 Posted March 12, 2014 Love the color combo...absolutely love the fake magnesium color of the wheels, clutch cover, valve covers and upper triple! Quote Link to comment
Guest Recalcitrance Posted March 12, 2014 Very pretty. Nice details. Much better looking than the showroom red. Agreed on the exhaust comment. Should be undertail. Quote Link to comment

If you had the axle and wheel, I imagine everything else will be standard VFR800 stuff. Quote Link to comment
Member Contributer deltaboxii 276 Posted March 12, 2014 Looks nice, the white with magnesium is classy. All in all I am just glad that the VFR legacy didn't end with the 1200. Great to see the 800 live on. Like many I wish they would have gone back to GDC but the VTEC isn't nearly as bad as the press and "experts" made it out to be. With a few mods and some proper tuning I barely even notice it now. Hopefully Honda has the VTEC on this generation 100% sorted out at lauch. The price is a bit salty. I will have to wait another 5 years until I wear my '07 RWB out and can pick one of these up thats barely been riden really cheap! Quote Link to comment
