I used to pick up onions in Point Jarvis, I think. When I was OTR driver. Is the soil really dark there?

I'm not sure if the soil is dark. The river was dark, though, after all of the rain from the night before. BTW, I mis-spelled the caption. It should be PORT JERVIS, NY. It is located on Rt 97 North from Port Jervis. It's not a very long stretch, but definitely is a site to behold.

i tried looking up port jarvis on google maps and didn't get anything... care to point out that road for me?

That's a good shot of the set of twisties. It's really, really short, but good. You must have been there at the crack of dawn, because usually its full of cagers and overflowing with bikes.
