I have these 2 HONDA FACTORY panniers, all the mounting brackets and hardware, several keys, all sealed in thick plastic in my attic.  They are for the 2002-2009 VFRs, and I am not asking enough to justify the 2 hrs work to get them out, open them up, gather and photo it all really pretty, and put it all back.  UPDATE - I WAS IN MY ATTIC ANYWAY LAST WEEK SO I TOOK THEM OUT AND TOOK THE PHOTOS NO POSTED. My loss your gain, as I paid over $1500 for them about 12 years ago or so, used them on 2 trips and then stopped riding, and sold the bike sans the panniers. I just re-discovered them in my attic, and decided I'll not buy another VFR so now i am selling them, asking only $750 plus shipping  The panniers are in perfect shape except for one of them has a surface scratches near the rear from when I brushed up against a manzanita bush one day (see last photo for close-up - this is the ONLY imperfection in the package, and I'm including a bottle of Honda Factory-matched touch-up paint in case you want to touch up the scratches (or anywhere else on a factory-red VFR).  The scratches can only be seen if one is looking closely; unless you are going to try to win awards showing the bike at some sort of detail-bike show, it won't matter - the bags are beautiful, near mint condition inside and out, come with ALL the mounting brackets and hardware, 5 keys (e.g. 4 duplicates), a spare lock-tumbler, and are functionally perfect:  they open like suitcases with lanyards to stop at 90 degrees so you can load-unload WHILE they are on the bike, they have a cool interior cross-strap system with quick releases for holding clothes and stuff in while open-and-vertical, they lock onto the bike (closed or open), they come off the bike and are then like 2 suitcases, and each is wide enough to fit a large full-faced helmet (plus other stuff), though I never put helmets in them (the bike had 2 exterior helmet locks).  Note that my asking price is less than 1/2 of my orig cost (which is in old-dollar-value, ahem).  Pls reply by PM or email per the site rules. I also have a killer custom back-rest for the passenger (see last 2 photos).  Paid about $225 for it. Full custom made of conditioned steel, very sturdy and bolts / unbolts right to the bike, with removable washable cushion. Used it on both trips and my gal LOVED it, but it ONLY fits the 2002-2009 VFR - not included but would be happy to sell it for say $100 plus shipping:)
