nadavis1988 Posted September 30, 2019 Share Posted September 30, 2019 Hello everyone. I'm the new owner of a 2004 VFR800. I bought two bi-metal hole saws. 1" for the inner and 1-3/8" for the outer. The problem is the 1" sits direction on the inner exhaust outlet and the 1-3/8" barely fits around the outer exhaust outlet. I've attached some pictures to try to illustrate this better. Am I doing something wrong? Should I bend the teeth outward so it can fit around? Do I need to remove some of the exhaust head shielding? Any help would be appreciated.
