So this connector fell out from under my dash today

Black wires on both sides it looks like..wires are connected and taped/heatshrunk

Clutch switch?

EDIT. It's the clutch switch. I disconnected the switch at the handle and she still started

So now the question is Does the fuel map change when the switch is bypassed like this?

On some Suzukis it changed the fuel map.

Reckon you should repair the clutch switch wiring and not bypass it, you're creating a potentially dangerous situation.

Yes, I probably should check into repairing the bypass.

I still make it a habit of clutch in, neutral starts.. was just shocked to see that the previous owner didn't even try to clean out or adjust the switch at the perch before butchering up the wiring.
