A Wayne Rainey replica, says DB. WR took over the VFR’s winning ways in 1987. Ace Honda factory mechanic Mike Velasco is building the V-four as we speak. Member Contributer Stray Posted June 5, 2019 Member Contributer Share Posted June 5, 2019 Wow! New owner says says he’s only going to ride it around the occasional parade lap - very sad. Member Contributer adkfinn Posted June 5, 2019 Member Contributer Share Posted June 5, 2019 Great looking bike. Darren's work is top notch and he's a great person and rider to boot. I had the pleasure of meeting him and checking out the CB985F Evolution build last year when he delivered it to it's owner. He rides with the cb1100f.net folks in the Northeast US. If you haven't checked out his site yet it is worth a look and a bit of drooling: http://www.darrenbeggcustoms.com/
