Bolt size and type for License Mount

Good evening everyone,

After years of letting my poor VFR sit in the corner of the garage, I am finally getting it back out.  I have the factory bags mounted and I want to remove them and/or modify them so that I can put my Canadian Ken license plate bracket back on.  Somewhere along the line, I have lost those two bolts that hold the bracket to the underside of the frame.  Does anyone know what they might be?  Worse, I'll just spend buck at Home Depot buying a few different sizes.
