willb003
Picked up a y2k a few weeks ago, its finally starting to get nice out. Who wants to ride? Mountains are still snowy, but town seems to be fine.
GreginDenver
I'm around, off and on, South side of Denver, haven't done much (any) group riding in a long time and none in the Denver area, but if you think of interesting destinations or know good roads... Member Contributer TheLimey Posted March 29, 2019 Member Contributer Share Posted March 29, 2019 Still getting my bike back in one piece after the winter refresh, but I'd be up for a run up Squaw Pass or something once it's up and running. Neo2122
Myself and a number of other Denver vfr riders go out quite often, a couple of us were thinking of maybe going out this Sunday even, if any of y'all are interestedSent from my XT1710-02 using Tapatalk
Tiutis
Need a VFR riders get together for a a loop of Deckers and Terryall roads. That’s a 200 mile loop (from Denver) that would satisfy most viffer owners.

GreginDenver
I'll have to look at those roads, I've been in Denver for nearly 3 years now but haven't been doing scenic-loop style riding, mostly just riding out and back to visit people.
willb003
I would assume the mountains are still pretty wet/sandy with the snow last night.
GreginDenver
Took a Google Maps look at Deckers and Terryall roads, I'm up for that kind of riding. Looking forward to a good group ride, let's talk about it.
Tiutis
Let’s do it. We can meet at MoCo in Morrison, stop for Deckers for a snack/drink and finish the loop through Terryall with a final stop inJefferson.
Forum CEO HispanicSlammer Posted April 1, 2019 Forum CEO Share Posted April 1, 2019 Its a good loop, Ive done it lots of times. Tarryall road used to be the pot holiest, bumpiest road in Colorado, now its just beautiful and fast.
GreginDenver
Well, it just keeps going back to snow, doesn't it? I'm still all in for a ride on this route (described above by Tiutis) when the roads have had time to get a bit cleaned up of the snow-associated dust and grit and etc. But when is that gonna happen, some time in May? Tiutis
I rode to Deckers last week, and there were lots of gravel but still fun. Let’s put something together for 3 rd week in May or anytime in June.
