How did you find that? I look on the parts fiche for the upper and lower cowl and the part number is listed but I wasn't able to find it on the image. I circled the part you want, as indicated in your original post, in red. It is p/n 16 in the upper cowl drawing and p/n 16 in the lower cowl drawing. Theses fasteners are threaded all the way, and fit flush to the fairing surface. Jeanne + MaxSwell: The collared fastener are circled in blue in the lower cowl drawing.
