Member Contributer MaxSwell Posted April 24, 2018 Member Contributer Share Posted April 24, 2018 I have installed LED H4 replacement bulbs and one of them seems to flicker. I think the effect is like a modulating headlight. I have noticed that drivers ahead of me frequently pull over to let me by. It is rather nice to see the "traffic sea part" for me. I sometimes feel like Moses crossing the Red Sea. It's great. However it might shorted the bulbs life. I have not checked but I suspect the preasure spring that holds them in is mis-functioning. Fastrc46 in his classified ad for his fifth gen listed these as aftermarket mods: Laser cut adaptor rings for standard H4 headlight bulbs. The correct product name is H4 Bulb Alignment Shims. I've ordered a couple sets from www.electricalconnection.com. in Knoxville, TN. Casey took my order over the phone as I had questions and called them ( sales & service ~ 865 . 219 . 9192 ). Casey provided excellent customer service. If I can remember I'll report on their installation and results after I receive and install them
