Let me introduce myself! RVZ-Motors

Good afternoon VFR riders!

Let me introduce myself! My name is Robbert and I am living in the Netherlands. When I was 15 I bought my first VFR because i could not pay my motorcross by working at the local supermarket. I started selling parts of the VFR and nowadays it is my job next to my study! I already stripped about 40 vfr's so I have got a lot of parts of the bike :) The website I created is called www.rvzmotors.nl. I am translating the website into the English language so I can send my parts all over the world.

But I am not only selling parts of the VFR. Nowadays I am building a streetfighter. I changed a lot of parts and I am really proud of the results. Next wednesday the silencer is ready to use. Please give me some feedback to the bike. I'd like to learn from other people!

I am sorry for my English grammar but it is hard for me :) Thanks for the attention!

Interesting.

Drag bars on a VFR.

Next time you part out a VFR with a tire hugger, grab it.

I've ridden motorcycles in your country, it rains a lot :+)

Your English is excellent, no apologies needed.

Welcome to the Board...

Nice bike!

Is is that a Ducati rear subframe and seat/cowl? Very tasty.

The side spoilers on the fronts near the tank are cool. Do they cut down wind turbulence at all?

A little worried about the rear brake line running so close to the chain without a guard. Is it safe there?

Front end end is brilliant too.

Tell us a bit more about the bike and your mods.

Welcome to the site!

I already have an hugger on stock :) But I am doubting (if this word exists) if I will put in on the bike. When it is on the bike you see less rear wheel which I think is not nice :) But you are right of the weather, it sucks and that is the reason I think I want to use the hugger haha

Thanks for the endorsement! I'd like to share my parts with the VFR riders! Check www.rvzmotors.nl for my parts. I am working on the English translation of the site :)

It is a seat of a Ducati Monster 696 with the seatcowl. The subframe is homemade :) The bike is not finished so I will assemble this into a hugger which is more safe then this haha.

Little more specs about the bike:

- Front end --> WP front end which is used in the superbikes around the years 1998. Do not know which model it comes from.

- Brakes --> Snowflake discs with Brembo calipers

- Front wheel is made of magnesium if that is correct in English

- collector / exhaust system is from black widow

- handlebar is from a KTM sxf 250. I also ride dirt bikes

- The coolwaterunit is homemade

- rear shock is from Wilbers

- Seat is from a Ducati 696 included the seatcowl

- Subframe is home made

- Rear wheel is a 5,5 inch one from the VFR 750 1990 - 1993 instead of the 5 spoked 5,0 inch.

- Exhaust is an Arrow one. Do not know which bike it comes from but it looks good.

What do you want to know more about the bike? Just ask it and I will answer. If you want to use whatsapp, just send me a private message and we can whatsapp each other :)
