Server outage planned

In order to keep our services secure and reliable, we need to perform
maintenance on one of our data center’s power supply infrastructure. To
conduct this procedure safely, we unfortunately will need to interrupt the
power supply to your 1&1 Server 2012 L 4 Core i (Contract ID: mmmmmm) on
20.01.2018.

This maintenance will occur sometime between the hours of 11pm EST and 7am
EST on 21.01.2018. Your server may be unavailable for 6 to 8 hours while
the maintenance is taking place.

Dear Miguel Mayo,

we recently contacted you regarding the upcoming maintenance on one of our
Data Centers and its possible impact on your server(s). However, we
subsequently found that certain details in the message were incorrect and
may have caused confusion for some of our customers.

We would like to clarify that this maintenance is scheduled from 11 p.m.
EST on January 20, 2018, until 7 a.m. EST on January 21, 2018.
