Member Contributer weee06 Posted September 20, 2017 Member Contributer Share Posted September 20, 2017 I read somewhere on here that the T. rex sliders need to be removed so that you can take off the lower fairing. And yes that does make sense. However does anyone know what these bolts are in? Are they holding the frame and engine together? Or can I just take them out? Pjcliffo
If you take them out first the engine falls out and then the frame! just kidding they are safe to remove if necessary.
Member Contributer weee06 Posted September 20, 2017 Author Member Contributer Share Posted September 20, 2017 I ended up taking them out anyway. But man did I have a scare. The round tube for the chain stop on the left side fell down and covered half the hole. I was about to start jacking up on the engine.
