Member Contributer FJ12Ryder Posted March 25, 2017 Member Contributer Share Posted March 25, 2017 Just FWIW, here's where to get the skinny on the Harbor Freight Settlement: Harbor Freight Class Action Suit Settlement
VFR4Lee
First I have heard of that. So, some lawyers did not like their advertising practices? How about the coupons? I think I see who the big winners are. Note. I don't work for HF or invest in them. Just buy tools now and then. I need a 3/8" drive ratchet. Member Contributer FJ12Ryder Posted March 25, 2017 Author Member Contributer Share Posted March 25, 2017 Yeah, the first I've heard of it was today when a guy sent me a link. Who knew. Oh guaranteed that the scum monkeys will make the most out of this.
Member Contributer thtanner Posted March 25, 2017 Member Contributer Share Posted March 25, 2017 Either way, I can't stand places that are always on sale. Harbor Freight, Kohls, etc.. just have a price and stick to it!
Member Contributer MBrane Posted March 25, 2017 Member Contributer Share Posted March 25, 2017 I always ignore the "sale" BS. I don't need sellers to tell me whether their stuff is a good value or not. I can decide that for myself.
Member Contributer FJ12Ryder Posted March 25, 2017 Author Member Contributer Share Posted March 25, 2017 True, but if you buy at the everyday price at HF you're going to pay too much for what you get. A prime example is their bike work table. If you walked in off the street and bought it you'd pay $400, but last weekend the price was $279. VFR4Lee
Always watch 4 a sale, or use a coupon 20% off.
Member Contributer MBrane Posted March 26, 2017 Member Contributer Share Posted March 26, 2017 Coupon is exactly how I got the lift, and the rolling work stool for $300. A class action lawsuit? Here's your sign....
