Hongsta Posted October 29, 2016 Share Posted October 29, 2016 Been a lurker on the forums for a while since getting my 06 VFR800 ABS. I did most of the free mods like the pair, flapper, snorkel, stock fender mod, and setting suspension sag. Now I would like to move on to getting more growl from the exhaust. I have a friend who's experienced with welding so I plan on cutting the end caps, removing the entire baffle system, then rewelding the caps. Only issue I read about is that it seems the 06+ years have the baffles welded to the exhaust instead of being able to yank it right out causing a huge headache. Can anyone comment on this? I know the years prior you can just pull everything out with some pliers no problem. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
