Beautiful country, as I'm a little biased (grew-up there). The roads, however, can be in inconsistent quality. Hope you can finish the trip someday! Quote

The pothole picture above was in Riga near the waterfront. While heading out of Riga, I was looking to get to the Daugava riverfront for a nice shot of this I entered an area full of lockups (some of which were doubling up as housing) with loads of crap piled up outside. That is where I saw these potholes... by no means a "proper" road.. I really felt at home in the Baltics... Big Skies Quote
