Member Contributer Mohawk Posted August 18, 2016 Member Contributer Share Posted August 18, 2016 Motad headers are 36mm OD, 1.5mm wall, so nominally 33mm ID. When I replaced mine I checked the headers where the exhaust flange is welded on & they varied from 26-29mm ID across the welds, this could always be ground out for maximum gas flow.
