I've heard that Black Widow is a new name for Sandy Bike Spares, but I haven't confirmed this. SBS doesn't have a spectacular reputation...

For this kind of money you can't expect OEM quality.

Which is why I always recommend a 00/01 or 02+ OEM replacement as they fit perfectly and if you are happy to buy 2nd-hand, they are relatively inexpensive.

Ditto, source 2nd hand VTEC pipes, plug n play.

If you have a non-cat zorst, just cut out the cat and have it stainless welded, for a couple of quid and block off the O2 sensor ports.

This is correct. I confirmed while researching the performance headers group buy, Black Widow is SBS re-branded with a new name.
