Just a couple pics of my 2014 Deluxe.  This is my third VFR, with the first being a 2003 6th gen and the second one is a 2010 VFR1200.  I still have the 1200 along with this one.

This was taken at 2016 T-Mac.  And yes, those are the panniers from my 2010 VFR1200.  I modified the heat shield on the right case, so they fit like they were made for it.

I'm considering having the cases painted black so they will be a little more interchangeable.

Here she is so far. Finally got the trunk mounted. I had to fabricate considerable risers in order to leave the grab bars on, but it's not bad, I think. Uses the passenger seat key to remove, and I spliced in led strips to add running, brake and turn signals. It uses a 5 pin trailer connector. Night photos coming.

Looks stunning, Janne! I haven't seen the arrow pipe in the black, but this really looks the part. And I may be (am) a little biased when I say this, but if ever there was a VFR that was in desperate need of a tail-tidy to complete the look, it's your beautiful ride. :-D

Thanks man! :)

I agree, that would clean up the look a lot.

It's kind of a shame they designed the rear end of the bike like they did. It makes it very difficult to get a clean tail. On the other hand, it's not a deal breaker for me personally. But I must admit I sort of miss the much more eye pleasing tail I had on my previous bike, the MT-09 (FZ-09).

Great pictures, Janne! NZCam's right about the tail tidy too...

Not so much of a picture but a few mins of road up to applecross.

Trip to Applecross Inn is on my to do list. About 450 miles from my front door ? Maybe in September weather permitting.

Man! That Applecross route is a fabulous road, if you can call it a road. I'd love to go there sometime too.

My 2015 VFR that I've had for only a couple of weeks. Just did the first service today at 1027km. Only mod so far is an Arrow slip-on, I decided on the black alu with stainless steel rear tip after checking the exhaust thread on this forum, really like the looks and the noise is just a tad more than stock with the baffle in. Put som 3M scotchguard film on the tank sides and rear. Put the seat in the lowest position, looks better and feels more stable, as long as the knee angle is not an issue it's better to sit lower on the bike IMO for better cornering feel.

This weekend installed Scorpion exhaust and MRA touring clip-on screen.  I'll only use the clip-on screen for long rides at +75+ mph high way - don't need it all the time.
