Auspanglish
Awetastic pics!! Don't like the thought of hitting those metal guardrails at the edge of the run off zone...
Member Contributer Dutchy Posted July 27, 2018 Author Member Contributer Share Posted July 27, 2018 The race tracks here donot have metal rails in run off area, but if you take a very sharp left mid left corner, you will hit those I inherited an EOS 1100D a while back and with the help of Photoshop, pics did come out nicely... Auspanglish
Leon that IS a run off zone and it CAN happen. Less statistically likely but possible. Jealous, I inherited a 400D... 1100? Them's fightin' words them is!!Peace!
Member Contributer Dutchy Posted July 28, 2018 Author Member Contributer Share Posted July 28, 2018 Ok, them Chinese indicators were cheap as chips ($10 incl shipping), but they blink WAAAYYYY too fast. At 1st I suspected that the bulbs were LEDS, but not, upon inspection I found these bulbs inside Can one say "increased resistance"?? My shed harbors spares so easy enough fix; did drop the seller a wee note though. See what he has to say for himself...
timmythecop
Seller will say to return them for full refund, knowing full well that you are not going to send 10 dollar bulbs to china. D.C.R.B. Dubious Chinese Rusty Bulbs.

I can hear the valves in the 500 protesting already. I see a Honda NC750 in your future.
Member Contributer Dutchy Posted August 7, 2018 Author Member Contributer Share Posted August 7, 2018 She was a hottie today...... in 37C/99F I am contemplating buying a "commuter" (tax breaks/wrie offs if I do). But that'd mean letting one go.... And I am not at that point yet 🙂 I arrive in the office now with a grin on my face so big that they think I have JBF'd I doubt a NC750 would do that to me.... jeremyr62
Sooner rather than later though. Neither bike is a commuter and they will be destroyed by winter if you plan to ride then too. Pity you have to sell one though. Never ridden a NC750 but it's hard to make any bike with an IC engine really boring IMO.

Tried this one for kicks; it comes with significant tax breaks/deductibles, but the snag with them is that you must keep the vehicle 5 years... With max 146Nm torgue (in SPORT mode) it propels you to 176kmh pronto.... But it will not get me to/fro my current place of work in once charge. Even in this "Black Forest Edition" with an extra rapid charger/battery in the "fuel tank"
