Member Contributer Dutchy Posted May 1, 2015 Member Contributer Posted May 1, 2015 Well, keny, v4 rosso amd myself did a 145km shake down tour. Especially for keny who had to get familiar. one slightly sticky brake piston was dealt with. Now a good six and a half hours kip, breakfast and the Viking will be leaving for his just a tad under a thousand miles to his ferry. 24 hours to do it. crazy viking.... :-) Quote

V4 Rosso Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 1000k or 1000 miles?1600km/1000mls of motorway. And that after not having ridden for a few months during parking season. Fortunately the weather conditions will be good, hopefully as good as they were today. Pretty Obligatory windmill picture. Which one to bring back to Finland, this one or the VF500. It will have to be the VF. Quote
VFRBert Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 Maybe this here should be read before leaving: http://www.bicyclinglife.com/PracticalCycling/Sore.htm And use the autobahn were it is made for. 80% of topspeed is safe. But slow down in Denmark and Sweden, the fines are high over there. Keny have a safe trip home !!! Quote
