gloryracing
On prior bikes I have used the symtec system that you place 'under' your stock grips. They have always worked fine and only cost about $40. Cold weather is coming and mama bought me some heated grips for my birthday. They are the oxford sport grips and were only $49.95 shipped from revzilla. For only $50 bucks...a very nice setup. Much cleaner install than the symtec and a nice controller with mounting bracket is included. If you are considering heated grips...check them out! painterbob
+1 on the Oxfords! Had them on my 5th gen, need to order a set for the 6 gen soon. Had the Bike Master heated grips on it but near as nice as Oxford.
Member Contributer digitallyhip Posted October 26, 2014 Member Contributer Share Posted October 26, 2014 +1 for Oxford. I've had mine for five years and about 40,000 kilometers. They are just now wearing out (grip, not the heat part), and that's because my Handroid gloves are chewing them up. Highly recommended, but use a relay!
