Well if you can spare 4 days, head to Texas and do Colin Edwards' 'Texas Tornado Boot Camp'! Sounds like a blast, you even get to shoot guns...a .50 Cal at that. I have participated in some enduro's back East and have dome some Desert riding here in the West. The trip to the track was nice. I was able to clear both big table tops and hit the doubles some of the time (Hurts when you don't make them!) Going back again to work on speed in the turns and powering up off the corners.
