garyr
I have just put on my second PR4 rear. The first lasted 4000 miles and was squared off, but at least half of that was motorway miles. I don't really expect much more than that from a Tyre as i think the abrasive road surface in Scotland and my not so light throttle hand seems to wear them out, not got any long trips planned using motorways so hopefully get some more mileage out of them. Still loving the bike
Member Contributer fink Posted September 7, 2015 Member Contributer Share Posted September 7, 2015 Rider weight in all gear- 230 lbs (104 kg), tire pressure 36/42. Rear preload -7 turns from max, 30 mm sag Rear rebound -1 turn from max Front preload, -8 from max Front rebound, +1 from MIN What's that from min? Which is where your supposed to work it from. Your rear preload sounds like mine set up for 2 up touring.
