vtwindr Posted July 15, 2014 Share Posted July 15, 2014 running in, first tank of fuel warning light appeared at 175miles, reserve is 0.9 gallons (Imperial) so should be good for another 35miles. On board computer says 45mpg but I will work it out when I fill it up tomorrow. dogman Posted July 16, 2014 Share Posted July 16, 2014 Dont forget UK gallon is different to US gallon. Mine is showing 18.2 Ks / litre which seems about right. It is using a lot less than my 4th gen over the same ride distance. My CBR1000RR used to show about 21.8 Ks/ litre giving a similar tank range with only a 17 litre tank.
