After my recent engine swap, thanks to Mello Dude for supplying some well machined pair block off plates. Cleans up the head nicely.

I ran short on a SS cap head screw, something to replace next time I'm in there.

Nice! How much?

MD will have to chime in, I got a prototype discount.

Looks like $29.95 plus 5.80 shipping USPS. Fasteners included.

These are 6061-T6 aluminum, CNC laser cut. Minor polish finish. Exact shape of the OEM valve.

Gotta give a thanks to Capn for doing the tryout on the prototypes. :fing02:

Oh yeah fit 5th/6th (8th?) -- Working on 7th soon.

Damn, - it do look good, dont they?

PM interest please.

Another satisfied customer! Thanks mello dude.

It's nice being able to smoothly roll on and maintain throttle at low rpm when the engine is cold. No more decel popping either!

I'm wondering if anyone has ever successfully removed the reed valve screws with just a screwdriver? Not me. I was able to remove them by clamping vise grips on the head of the screws and unscrewing...

I removed 4 of them without issue... IIRC there is a small nut (6mm or 7mm) on the back that I wrenched and held the screw with a screwdriver
