Member Contributer vfr350 Posted January 19, 2014 Member Contributer Share Posted January 19, 2014 What makes you think it will be loud? Looks like they are on clearance from FMF, good deal. Ran FMF on my 2 stroke, was nice, good build, nice sound no issues. I would follow up with them to see if they have an actual pic, listed looks generic. It seems to me the loudest ones always have a removable baffle, which just baffles me.
Member Contributer slo1 Posted January 20, 2014 Author Member Contributer Share Posted January 20, 2014 It's the nice Ti one, with no baffling baffle ;) My dealer found one during cleanup and they figured out it was not cfr450, so I can get it pretty cheap. Very light, but a large bore straight through........
WERA910
I have FMF's on my Superduke, they are very, VERY loud. Luckily it's mostly used for track, because they're actually embarrassingly loud on the street (note, I'm getting old... I would have loved these 20 years ago). I do really like the build style and quality of the welds. I will probably buy again, but only for my track bikes.
wera803
I have FMF's on my Superduke, they are very, VERY loud. Says the guy that liked an aluminum D&D on his '98 VFR that you could hear a mile away..........
