Member Contributer Lorne Posted August 8, 2013 Member Contributer Posted August 8, 2013 One of my favourite roads is US212 on the Wyoming-Montana border. At 10,947 feet it is above the tree line and has views that take your breath away. Well that and the elevation. Pick the wrong weekend and you'll be passing an endless parade of slow, poorly navigated cruisers. Oh, and the occasional nut behind the wheel of truck. for instance: Or check the video: http://www.vfrdiscussion.com/forum/index.php/topic/72441-beartooth-pass-video/ Quote
Nas Posted August 9, 2013 Posted August 9, 2013 Tried replying to your thread with the vid and then realized it is from 2012 haha Wow beautiful scenery! (and white is the best color for the VFR, right? ) Quote
Member Contributer CasualSwede Posted August 17, 2013 Member Contributer Posted August 17, 2013 I'm riding the pass tomorrow, here's hoping that guy in the truck is long gone... Quote
Member Contributer BCmcrider Posted August 17, 2013 Member Contributer Posted August 17, 2013 That was a great video, fitting music as well. We're riding the pass in early Sept so that was a good primer. Quote
