update on the race pipes.

Hello George

It is an affair of exhaust muffler.

It is making in my work shop, which is not for races, it is for public

roads.

I think it is different, which you want HRC exhaust.

1) Our exhaust made by 1.2mm thick stainless steel pipe.

but HRC made by 0.8 to 1.0mm thickness.

2) The joint method.

Our method is carrying out the joint of No.1 per No.3, and No.2 per

No.4.

but HRC method is No.1 per No.2, and No.3 per No.4.

3) It is made on the condition that a long rear suspension (probably FOX) is

attached.

4) Change of a step holder may also be necessity.

5) Since it is build to order, it takes time very much.

6) The price is \160,000 without a tax and a mailing cost and gasket.

As mentioned above, please think it well.

so that is the response who would be interested in having one i think if we can get together and have five made the price would drop.

by the way you cannot kepp the center stand its a race system.

I think your best bet is to find a really good local exhaust fabricator. I was quoted about $1K USD to have a custom system made by Hiperform in Southern California. He even offered to build some jigs for a little bit more in case I needed replacements. Here are some NT650 and NC30/35 exhausts they've done. http://www.hiperform.com/new_page_2.htmHawklt1.jpg
