Member Contributer Infidel Posted June 6, 2011 Member Contributer Share Posted June 6, 2011 I guess you can take this a step further and ask... "Do you still have your first bike?" In my case, that answer is no and I wish I did have it. I looked up the guy on Ebay who I sold it to a few years ago and he never responded to my inquiries. Guest
`98` CBR600FW,i still have a great fondness for my old 6er,a great all round bike.I would love a VFR vtec with a CBR600 motor in it,as i think the vtec engine is not the best, but the overall package makes up for it. Member Contributer Terminex Posted June 6, 2011 Member Contributer Share Posted June 6, 2011 6th gen RWB was my first bike just under 2 years ago. have since added the 08 CBR1000RR track / race bike as well as the 09 Ducati 1198. I love both of these and they get a lot more use than the VFR, but I never intend to sell my first bike.

I think I'd really like one but I want to get some miles under neath me on a SV650s before jumping in a VFR.
SEBSPEED
Last bike that I had registered to ride before getting my 05 VFR was a 2001 CBR600F4i. That wasn't my first bike though...

Member Contributer Chappy8 Posted June 8, 2011 Member Contributer Share Posted June 8, 2011 1st - '93 Ninja 250 - rode it until the engine blew - sold it for 400 less than I paid 3yrs earlier w/ the blown engine just to get rid of it. 2nd - '01 SV650S - liked the bike, hatred for carbs grew, love for sport touring began - would have made a great track bike as well 3rd - '04 VFR - loving the bike - 25K and counting 4th - considering an '05 Sprint...
