VFR80025th Posted Wednesday at 02:21 PM Posted Wednesday at 02:21 PM Well I 've been a michelin man the last few sets of tires but have made the switch to the Roadsmart 4. I've heard good things and I'm looking forward to getting them installed this spring. I will post what I think compared to the Road 5s. Quote
Member Contributer bmart Posted Wednesday at 02:45 PM Member Contributer Posted Wednesday at 02:45 PM Let us know. I won't spend the dosh, as they'll time out before I can wear them out, so I have two sets of IIIs in the closet. Quote
Sweeper Posted Wednesday at 04:02 PM Posted Wednesday at 04:02 PM I love the RS4's. I don't really track miles but they last a long time for the way they handle. I get two years out of a set compared to one on the old favorite S22's. The other thing I like is that the handling doesn't really change right up to the end of life. The last set I took off had been to a track day in the fall and were great. When spring rolled around, I noticed that the front had circular patches of the outer layer missing in several places. 1 Quote
Member Contributer MBrane Posted Thursday at 02:25 AM Member Contributer Posted Thursday at 02:25 AM I put RS3s on Work Girl back when my commute doubled, and included freeway due to a closure. They have worn well, and have good stick for ST tires. I'm gonna have to re-balance the front though as it's developed a nasty vibration above 90 MPH at about 50% wear. Quote
