Nonfango rack fitting guide for 5th gen

Hoping that someone has a 5th gen with a nonfango pannier rack that could advise me on fitting.

 

I was lucky enough to find a used system and I have the rack 4 brackets and a handful of different sized nuts/bolts but am not completely sure how to fit correctly.

Any help gratefully received.
