craig2001
As per the title really I have searched as best I can and can seem to find any information for a pin out list or wiring diagram that could tell me what each colour wire to the gauge cluster plugs is responsible for? If anyone has this information or know where to find it that would be amazing
vfrgiving
All this information is discernable in the top left of the main wiring diagram found in the service manual, have you looked at it? The wiring color abbreviations are found just before the two connectors. Following the lines leaving the connectors and it's shown what they go to. craig2001
That's ideal, Other than my ground on the left plug being brown while not brown blue it's all good. I can see brown blue and green are the earth's for the lights with single positive wires. Can anyone identify which function each of the two wires to the speedometer and tachometer serve? As you can probably guess I'm wiring aftermarket gauges

Easy - Speedo and Tacho Brown/Blue wire is 12v supply from sub fuse G 10amp. - Speedo Pink wire is the input from the Speed Sensor and also goes to Tripmeter input. - Tacho Yellow/Green wire is the RPM input from the ECM at A18

Not too sure of what you're saying here! Of the 6 indicator lights 3 are Ground Seeking and 3 are Positive 12v Seeking! These three lights have 12v applied to them and Seek a Ground to illuminate. - Oil Pressure. - Neutral. - PGM-Fi. These guys have Grounds connected to them and Seek a 12v Positive to illuminate. - L and R Turn Indicators. - Hi Beam.
