Not ever a replacement, but an alternative for long journeys. Since 2003 it has been a string of Yamahas, FZ1/FJRx2/FZ09/TracerGT. Last summer the long ride steed was a V2 Multi. Bigger bags and more wind protection than the Tracer, and a few more pounds. The jury is out on it's long term status, As the Clash said, "Should it stay or should it go".....
