I have a different rear setup, so can't help with that. Mohawk, are you running a Duc rear hub? I've been looking for a 45T (530 chain) but biggest I can find is a 44T, currently running a 43T with 16T front. I can convert to a 520 to get that gearing but my chain is brand new and hate to go buy everything over if I can find that 45.
Member Contributer Mohawk Posted December 4, 2021 Member Contributer Share Posted December 4, 2021 I have a custom rear sprocket carrier of my own design based around a JT Quick Change (QC) carrier with Afam QC Ducati 916 520/45T lightweight steel sprocket. I ran Renthal alloy sprockets before which were OK with 530 chain, but wear out in 3K miles on the 520. So switched to steel.

And any other use I could think of. Where possible its my preferred means if transport. And its much more fun. That's the magical thing about this bike... you can have your fun in the twisties, and not break your butt to and from said twisties (oh and the sound too... dont forget that!)
