Good job Kwee.  An easy weight reduction I'd also recommend is NZCam's tail tidy.  In addition to looking great it shaved almost a pound from my bike (0.901 lb / 408.9 g to be exact).  Here's a pic below.  I already lost just over 7 lb with my Delk mini carbon exhaust so my next weight reduction will be a lithium battery.

LOL - that would work too.  If I could manage to cut down my pizza intake I could easily save another 10 pounds

I had to laugh when Honda tried to sell the 2014 as being lighter than the previous Vtec model. My 5th Gen is down to 175Kg dry, 208Kg wet with full tank & 200Kg with the previous industry standard of 5 litres of fuel :)  That really does make a difference. But good effort for a few bolt on/off parts, keep it up.

take of the center stand too.  I don't know that there is much weight to be lost....  Get some suspension upgrades to help make things work better.  I noticed the DMr is making Fork cartridges for current gen bikes.  There are lots of rear shocks to be had so you'd be in good shape.

That's 10 kg less than VTEC(with last improvements such traction control, ABS, heater grips, etc)

Fork of the 5G is 41mm isn't ? Since VTEC(2002) it's a 43mm fork

Your VFR is not stock at all, ahaha.

No rear pegs, one place no ?

I want to keep mince look stock as possible but i want handling improvements. With 7 kg less this bike is going to be fun.(243 - 7 kg = 236 kg wet(full tank)

236 - ((21,2  - 5 )x 0,775) = 223,4 kg with 5L of fuel.

Not bad at all

I read somewhere that the center stand weight is about 1,5 kg. Seems to be pretty light for a piece that hold the weight of the bike.

Yep about 1.5Kg for the C-Stand, its tubular high strength steel, the passeger pegs/lift handle weigh more.

Whaddaya mean ? my bike looks bog stock apart from the hi-level exhaust & front indicators ;)
