Vid of VFR800s at Daytona Loop

The "Daytona Loop" is actually closer to Ormond Beach between Flagler Beach and Daytona Beach.  We (myself, VFRDave, and Morris) only rode the northern and western portions due to time constraints.  This consisted of Highbridge Rd to Walter Boardman Ln to Old Dixie Highway and North Beach St.  We decided at that point to just head west and then take I-95 back to St. Augustine so we could get to the vintage bike show quicker - see this thread for pics from the show:  http://vfrworld.com/forums/showthread.php/53260-VFR-pics-from-St-Augustine

I'm not sure but I think we had over half the 8th gens ever sold in Florida along for the ride

Hey Greg, thanks for posting that.  Your bike makes a "winding down" sound from 1:15-1:20 as you're slowing down - my bike makes that too and I wasn't sure if it was only my bike doing that...  :)

Thanks, yeah I guess I got a little excited when I hit triple digits after passing Dave and Morris - LOL.  Unfortunately, my GoPro turned itself off after ogling that young lady in St. Augustine and I didn't capture any of the scenic drive across the Bridge of Lions or on A1A between St. Augustine and Flagler Beach - it was a beautiful stretch of road along the Atlantic Ocean with lovely beaches.  I did stop and take some pics there (see below).

I was also impressed that the bike averaged 42 mpg over the day's travel of 343 miles, especially since I was going well in excess of the speed limit for much of the trip

Great video Gator.

Thanks Noles - it would have been so much better if my stupid GoPro had captured the ride down the coast

Neat video Gator.   Beautiful weather, lots of trees to wrap around, plenty of inside lane hogs there as well as where I live.  They were all taught here.  The earth is very flat there too...; )
