If the badge is new, not already crumbled/baked on, yes.  I'd use a hairdryer to warm it up a bit first.

Peel beginning with a fingernail or plastic scraper

 

If things get tough (as the Laser decals on my RC51 pipes), apply the most aggressive paint stripper (gel type) you can find (test a wee blob on an inconspicuous part of the muffler

Mine came off pretty easily - just needed a bit of acetone to clean up afterwards.  I replaced it with one that was more subtle that I found on eBay.

I wish they sold those in North America.  We get the black/red/yellow decal on ours which in my opinion looks fine on a CBR, etc. but seems out of place on the VFR.
