FireWire
This is Firewire. I became a member in 2011 but been away for so long that my history may have been archived since I cannot find it. Well, I'm back! I currently own a 2008 VFR 800 that I bought as new from old stock. I flew to Dallas to buy it and rode it home...in the middle of July 2011. It was the hottest ride I deliberately took. I think I lost five pounds on that ride. I know I drank about five gallons of water. I ride daily and keep fairly busy which may explain my prolonged absence.

Member Contributer Cogswell Posted January 2, 2017 Member Contributer Share Posted January 2, 2017 Welcome back. I'm glad you added that you bought it as a leftover in 2011 . . . I'd be shocked if there was a leftover 2008 still at a dealer anywhere these days. Props on the photo with your post - looks good. How many miles on it now? I envy your geographic location. Ride soon and ride safe FireWire
