5 lug wheel compatibility

Question

Is there anyone in VFRD-land that can tell me for sure if the bolt pattern between the two 5 lug wheels is compatible? That would be the 5 lug 2014+ 800 axle and the the 5 lug 1200. And also if the wire spoke 1200X wheel is the same lug spacing as the regular cast VFR1200.

Hey just for fun, is the 2014+ VFR800 swingarm the same as the VFR800X?

VFR800 8th Gen rear wheel mount (5) stud PCD. If you could let me know what that is would be much appreciated.

Also, a quick question to you off topic, Do any CB1000Rs have an aluminium/alloy lower fork yoke? I've only seen steel ones, but maybe later bikes had a nicer Al one. Do you know?

all cb1000r got the same lower triple in alloy(55mm) do not mistake with the 2007/2012 cb600f unit (54mm)

yep 1200 got another offset aswel

The offset on the spoked wheel was very shallow as compared to any other VFR wheel. With enough time/money/machine work anything is possible. Just wasn't feasible for the project in mind.

So you're saying the 1200 rear wheel has a different offset to all the 750/800s? I believe the latter are all 3/4", what's the offset of the 1200 rear then?

I could measure mine, but I'd have to take the wheel off to do it. Anyone already know or have a spare wheel handy to be able to simply measure it?

So all CB1000Rs actually had an alloy lower yoke? I was sure they were just steel.

I was also sure they were 54mm at the fork clamp. Are you saying the CB1000R used 50/55mm fork legs, same as VFR1200F? Really? I know they both use 35mm offset but was sure the CB1000R used 50/54 same as 'Blade (which uses 30, 25 or 27.5 offset depending on year).

If so do you know of any alloy lower yoke with 54mm fork clamp and 35mm offset?

Before anyone complains, this is VFR related as it concerns a search for parts suitable for use on VFR1200.

I have 1200 F and X  , cb1000r , vfr 750 rc36-1  ,vfr 800 rc 46 and 800 rc 79/rc80

As you have all the relevant bikes (and such good choices ), could you possibly make some measurements so we have a full set? We know the 4 stud mount wheels are 100mm PCD and 3/4" offset, but would be good to have the same data for the 5 stud 800 and 1200. Then we'd really be able to compare them.

If you could do that I'm sure I'm not the only one who'd really appreciate it.
