Looks like it is better to have a small head.

Let the head-shrinking begin.

If my skull could keep up with my brain I'd be well on my way to a smaller helmet size. :ohmy:

Actually, the DOT neither tests any helmets, nor certifies them, so you can rest easy!

(Manufacturers self-certify compliance with the relevant standard and apply the DOT mark to the helmets themselves. Obviously, this system is subject to abuse...)
