Ice Racing Rainbow Falls Park Colorado Harry's Roamers Motorcycle Club is the oldest motorcycle club in Colorado established in 1929 they are known for putting on an ice racing series. The Last Day Of Good Riding Weather

Sum Sum Primer - 500 Miles To The Black Canyon And Back

Half day ride down south

I met up with reddog in Woodland Park and we checked out the sky and thought well maybe we can go around Pikes Peak to a turn off at Twin Rocks and avoid the angry looking clouds sitting over Pikes Peak. Remembering Maroon Bells

Probably the most photographed mountains in Colorado Maroon Bells National Monument near Aspen Colorado I found a great photo of this spot at work and was admiring it when a coworker friend of mine asked me if I had taken the picture, she said that it just fascinated her. The Road To Las Vegas

My employer has come into hard times - just like the rest of the world and closed the plant for 2 weeks forcing everybody to take a vacation who works there in an effort to reduce inventory and save money. The Back Way To Silverton

This is my first real ride on the XR650r this season, having only ridden it to and from work a few times and once to the movies it has been languishing in the bike shed all winter. Slammer Goes A Looking' For Bigfoot

Somebody said they saw Bigfoot here according to Google Earth so I marked it on my map and went and looked for myself. I like to look at maps, I can spend hours pouring over a topo map. Oregon madness

The Growler Run

Jack on his 98 Connie So last Monday I was out riding my Cannondale road bike with the intent of getting in a few miles to improve my fitness, and well it being May in Colorado there was was a May shower however it was was white and it was COLD! Colorado gets Invaded by the Pennsylvania Dutch

Well I dont know if they are Dutch or not but they are from Pennsylvania for sure, I was minding my own business (making the forum not work as I tried to install my gallery post tool) when I get a pm from CCVFR. From what I have learned most of the orginal settlers of Pennsylvania were actually of German Decent than Dutch and that the phrase "Pennsylvania Dutch" is a misnomer of Duetch meaning German not Dutch. Anybody who knows me knows I can not refuse an offer like that to be Colorado'

The Black Canyon Run - annual fathers day weekend ride

I began with a strip down of the basic plastic removal around 3am in the morning, I work nights anyway and well it is a quiet time for me with no interruptions from nosy family members! That took no time at all I am getting pretty good at removing the plastic. Tearing it up after Troutdale

The Old Spiral Highway at Lewiston Idaho on the WA/ID border The PNW 2010 was a great event, I really liked the venue, others did not as much. Two days $158 for the historic hotel wasnt so bad, no TV no Airconditioning was the only draw back but to be able to walk downstairs and get a growler of Ruby Ale was really a huge plus. A long time commin

Latest Veefalo mod I have been wanting to get a "vfrd" plate for my vfr for years, but the old girl she was fine with the orginal plate, the Veefalo on the other hand was a group effort and it would be a very nice touch to get a plate that says "vfrd" on it since that is where it came from new plate I havent ridden the bike for over a month, just to work since it needs new tires. Riding To Rist Canyon 400 Miles
