Traded my FJR for this 2007 Saturday. 4,900 miles and super clean. I've always like the VFR, but never ridden one. I think I'm in love.

Congrats on a sweet bike. I hope someday I can paint my 96 that color. R/W&B is the best color for a VFR.

Welcome aboard! There are quite a few of us from the Atlanta area here. What is your level of riding experience and where exactly do you live?

Congrats and welcome to VFRD! :cheerleader:

I would think there would be a huge power difference between the two, but sounds like your OK with it. Enjoy! :fing02:

Awesome! Where about in GA are you? There are 3 or 4 other 6th geners in the Atlanta area, and we all ride together frequently. Let me know if you're interested in joining us sometime!

I live in Gray, a small town 11 miles northeast of Macon. I've been on two wheels since the ripe old age of 7 and I'll be 34 this October. Got my first street bike at 18, and haven't looked back. I've had several different bikes in the last 6 years ranging from adventure bikes to super motos, and I guess I've come full circle. One of my favorite bikes was my 2001 FZ1, and this VFR is very similar to that bike. Myself and a handful of good friends ride to north GA, NC, Tenn, and SC at least once a year, so I'm pretty familiar with those wonderful mountain roads. I'll be looking for future trips posted here, and try to meet up with some of you Georgia folks. Thanks for the warm welcome, and ride safe.
